By accessing and placing an order on novahtech.pk, you confirm that you are in agreement with and bound by the following terms.

General
NovahTech reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product or service without notice.

Products
All products listed on novahtech.pk are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product.

Pricing
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

Orders
By placing an order you confirm that the information provided is accurate. NovahTech reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion.

Cash on Delivery
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 500 applies to all orders. A 4% government tax applies on all COD shipments as per Government of Pakistan regulations.

Limitation of Liability
NovahTech shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
