Return Window
Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns under the following conditions:
Wrong item received
Item arrived damaged or defective
Change of mind, personal preference, or buyer's remorse are not accepted as valid return reasons.

Item Condition
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items that show signs of use will not be accepted.

Resolution
We offer replacement only. No cash refunds are provided. Once your return is approved, we will dispatch the correct or replacement item as soon as possible.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service when sending back items.
