Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days across major cities in Pakistan. Remote or rural areas may take up to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 500 applies to all orders across Pakistan. No hidden charges beyond what is shown at checkout.

Government Tax on COD Shipments

As per Government of Pakistan regulations, a 4% tax is applied on all Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. This is a government-mandated charge and is not set by NovahTech.

We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.

Courier Partners
We ship via PostEx and Leopards Courier across Pakistan.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS.

Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
