Delivery Timeframe
Orders are processed within 1 business day. Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days across major cities in Pakistan. For remote or rural areas, delivery may take up to 5–7 business days.
Shipping Charges
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 500 applies to orders below Rs. 15,000. Orders of Rs. 15,000 and above qualify for free shipping across Pakistan.
Government Tax on COD Shipments
As per Government of Pakistan regulations, a 4% tax is applied on all Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments. This is a government-mandated charge and is not set by NovahTech.

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time through the courier's tracking portal.
Damaged or Wrong Item Received?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp. Share a photo or video of the item and we will resolve the issue promptly at no extra cost to you.
