Currently we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Pay when your order arrives at your doorstep — no advance payment required.
As per Government of Pakistan regulations, a 4% tax is applied on all Cash on Delivery shipments. This is a government-mandated charge and is not set by NovahTech.
A flat shipping fee of Rs. 500 applies to all orders across Pakistan. No hidden charges beyond what is shown at checkout.
All our products are refurbished/used devices that have been thoroughly tested and verified to be in good working condition. We believe in offering premium quality at budget-friendly prices.
Yes! All our products come with a 14-day warranty from the date of delivery. If any hardware issue occurs within this period, contact us on WhatsApp at +92 334-6663251 and we will resolve it promptly.
Most of our laptops and Chromebooks support RAM and storage upgrades. Contact us on WhatsApp before purchasing and we'll guide you based on the specific model you're interested in.
We deliver across all major cities and towns in Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta and more.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days across major cities in Pakistan. Remote or rural areas may take up to 5–7 business days.
We ship via PostEx and Leopards Courier — two of Pakistan's most trusted delivery networks — ensuring your order is handled with care.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp or SMS. You can use it to track your delivery in real time through the courier's tracking portal.
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for wrong items received or items damaged during shipping. Items must be unused and in original packaging. We offer replacement only — no cash refunds.
